Delete Your Account

Last updated: July 27, 2026 · App: Dama Pa More (app.pamore.dama)

You can delete your Dama Pa More account and the data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it: from inside the app, or by sending us an email — you do not need to install the app to make the request. This page explains both routes, exactly what is removed, what stays behind, and how long it takes.

1. Delete from inside the app

This is the fastest route, and the one we recommend if you can still open the app on your device.

The request is submitted straight away from your signed-in session, so we do not need to ask you any follow-up questions to identify your account.

2. Delete by email (no app required)

If you have uninstalled the app, changed devices, or cannot reach the Settings screen for any reason, email us instead:

Email: henyogames@gmail.com

Subject: Account deletion request — Dama Pa More

Please send it from the email address associated with your account — that is, the address you used for Continue with Google or Continue with Apple. Receiving the request from that address is how we confirm the account is yours. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, send it from the private relay address Apple gave you; that is the address we hold.

It helps if you also include your in-game display handle (something like Kalaro-4821), which you can find on your Profile screen.

If you played only as a guest, there is no email address on the account, so we have no way to verify by email who the account belongs to. In that case please use the in-app option above. If the app is no longer installed and you never signed in, simply uninstalling the app already removes the link between that device and its guest progress — but write to us anyway and we will help as far as we reasonably can.

3. What gets deleted

When we process your request, the following are removed from our systems:

DataWhat happens to it
Your email address Erased from your account record and from the sign-in identity linked to it (Google or Apple). Nothing is left behind to sign in with.
Your account Closed. It can no longer be signed into, matched, or restored. Your friendships, friend invites, and blocks are deleted, so you disappear from other players' friends lists, and every sign-in session is destroyed.
Your public display handle (and your name, if you signed in) Anonymized. Wherever your handle used to appear to other players, it is replaced with a neutral placeholder. If you signed in with Google or Apple, your handle is where the name from that account was stored — we keep no separate copy of it — so replacing the handle is what erases your name.
Ratings and mastery Deleted outright, including your Glicko-2 rating for every game variant and your mastery progress. You drop off the ranked ladder and the leaderboards immediately.
Match and tournament records Kept, but anonymized. The games themselves stay in the database because your opponents' histories depend on them, and the same is true of tournament brackets and results. Once your handle is replaced with a neutral placeholder, nothing in those records identifies you.
The device link The random per-install identifier that kept your guest progress across app launches is unlinked and no longer resolves to any account.

House-ad interaction events. Our own server records that an ad was shown or tapped, and those records are linked to your account. Deleting your account unlinks them: the account reference is cleared, so what remains is an unattributed count of how often one of our own promos was seen, with nothing pointing back at any player. (The separate copy sent to our house-ad server never carried an account, device, or advertising identifier in the first place.)

There is very little else of yours for us to delete: apart from your email address and the name that became your display handle — both of which only exist if you signed in with Google or Apple, and both of which are covered above — Dama Pa More never collects your phone number, location, contacts, photos, or files, and it does not use an advertising identifier. If you only want to stop showing your name to other players, you do not need to delete your account: just edit your display handle in the app. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

4. What we keep, and why

A small amount of information stays, for reasons we think are fair to explain up front:

5. How long it takes

If you delete from inside the app, the erasure happens immediately. It all runs in a single step at the moment you confirm: your email address and linked sign-in identities are erased, your handle is anonymized, your ratings and mastery are deleted, your sessions and device links are destroyed, and your account is closed. There is no queue and no waiting period — by the time the confirmation screen returns, it is done.

If you ask by email, we still have to read your message and match it to your account by hand, so allow a little time: we action email requests within 30 days of receiving them, and usually much sooner. Once we run it, the erasure itself is the same immediate operation described above. We will reply to confirm when it is done.

Encrypted operational backups are the one exception on either route: deleted data can persist in them for a short period until they cycle out in the ordinary course. Deletion is permanent — once it is processed, your progress, rating, and standing cannot be recovered.
